Privacy Policy

This is a development draft. It must be brought in line with Thailand's PDPA, and with the GDPR if the service operates in Europe.
What we collect
- Account data: email, username, display name, profile photo and date of birth (used for the minimum age check).
- Transaction data: order history, gacha pulls and wallet activity.
- Shipping addresses: used only to deliver items, and shared with a seller only for the relevant order.
- We never store your card number — all payment data is handled by Stripe.
Access to private messages
- Staff can only read conversations in rooms that have been reported, must state a reason, and every access is written to the audit log.
Your rights
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, except records we must keep for accounting and tax law.
- You can make your profile private so it doesn't appear in public rankings, from your profile page.
