This is a development draft. Before going live it must be reviewed by legal counsel and adapted to the laws of each country served.
1. Using the platform
- CardVault is an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers of collectible cards. We do not own the items sellers list, unless an item is marked as sold by the platform directly.
- Users must be 20 or older and provide accurate information.
- You may not use the platform to sell counterfeit or illegal goods, or to avoid fees by taking deals off-platform.
2. Payments and buyer protection
- Payment for an item is held by the platform until the buyer confirms receipt, or until the automatic confirmation deadline passes.
- Sellers must ship within the deadline and provide a tracking number; otherwise the buyer may cancel and request a refund.
- The platform deducts a fee from the seller at the rate published at the time the order was created.
3. Gacha
- Every pack contains one real card. There is no outcome where you receive nothing.
- The odds for each rarity tier are shown before every purchase, and any pull can be verified afterwards on the provably fair page.
- If the tier you roll has no cards left, the result always moves up to a higher tier.
- Players choose whether to claim the physical card or sell it back for platform credit at the stated rate. That credit can be spent within the platform.
4. Wallet and withdrawals
- Money you top up yourself can only be spent within the platform; it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Withdrawable balance consists of sale proceeds and gacha buybacks, and withdrawal requires identity verification with our payment provider.
5. Account suspension
- The platform may suspend accounts that breach these terms, commit fraud, or harm other users. We will tell you why.
