Terms of Service

This is a development draft. Before going live it must be reviewed by legal counsel and adapted to the laws of each country served.

1. Using the platform

CardVault is a marketplace and record-keeping service connecting buyers and sellers of collectible cards. We do not own the items sellers list, unless an item is clearly marked as sold by the platform directly.
Users must be 20 or older and provide accurate information.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, condition and lawful sale of their cards. Counterfeit or illegal goods are prohibited.
A direct payment arranged through CardVault's supported deal flow is not an off-platform deal. Users may not move a transaction outside the platform to bypass applicable fees, safety controls or moderation.

Payment is arranged directly between the buyer and seller, with the required payment record or transfer proof shown in the deal flow.
CardVault does not receive, hold, release or transfer the payment. The buyer and seller are responsible for confirming the transfer and arranging any refund directly with each other.
Sellers must ship within the stated deadline and provide a tracking number. Any cancellation, dispute or refund is handled according to the payment method and the applicable process shown in the order or deal room.
Any platform fee is shown before the order or deal is confirmed and applies only to the relevant payment or transaction flow.

The platform may suspend accounts that breach these terms, commit fraud, or harm other users. We will tell you why.
